減肥 Day 8,9,10,11 ---- 飲食記錄表

星期六(day 6) 去咗覆磅,nutrition coach 就比咗樣功課我做,就係要我填飲食記錄表....個表唔係好復雜,要填每日幾點食過啲乜嘢,幾點食過佢哋啲product,飲咗幾多水同去過幾多次便便咁.....佢話寫咗,佢同我自己就便加清楚我嘅情況,可以幫助減肥云云.....

咁我一於照做啦,嘩,原來唔寫唔知自己原來可以一日飲成4-5公升水....真係好誇張,因為食完佢哋啲product,就要飲好多水,飲極都唔夠.....好口渴呀...由其係朱古力味,攪到Kenneth猛話我熱氣!

仲有我發現,我自己原來,食得多當日就痾得多....咁啫係話,我身體入面仲有好多垃圾啦.....食完就痾:p....幾時先可以清晒呢?

嚟近星期六(day 13)又要去覆磅,同交功課.....好驚呀,好似無乜點瘦到喎,唔通真係要好似nutrition coach 咁講, 2餐shake,仲要係剩返嗰餐只食600 kcal 咁少?又唔通咁快就有平台期??
