星期六(day 6) 去咗覆磅,當然係無輕到啦,邊有咁快見效先得嫁...不過我個nutrition coach 介紹咗一個over 250磅嘅顧客比我識,話教我減肥喎.....嗰一刻真係好震撼,從來無諗過 250磅會係咁嫁,佢話佢先前其實減過一次,已經減咗100磅,但一減到就唔跟指示食嘢,所以好快就肥返,咁次再減過喎,佢於1星期減咗10磅......我心諗唔係吓話,叫佢教我減肥,我諗我唔嚟呢道減肥都唔會到佢咁啦......
之後nutrition coach就叫我正式減肥,我嚟近呢個星期開始要食2餐代餐,佢perfer代早晚,但如果夜晚要出外食,就要代午餐,而其餘嗰餐就要食大約600kcal嘅食物.....
於是我就係星期日試吓先,由於一早已經應承咗妹妹打邊爐,所以就要代早午餐,早餐當然無乜嘢,但午餐就....我用木瓜加shake嚟飲,諗住飽啲,但係飲咗少少已經唔係好想飲,唔係味道唔好,係好個胃好漲,但又仲係好餓,個肚好空,呢個時候kenneth打電話比我,當然同佢講咗一陣....點知杯shake變杰咗....仲難飲>< .....幾經辛苦終於飲晒,我仲要去食啲節瓜先得(p.s 食代餐係可以食蔬菜啲)..... 但唔到5:00pm就已經肚餓,我忍到6:00pm...忍唔住啦,我等唔到妹妹返嚟就開始自己打邊爐....食到停唔到口....今次真係敝啦.....><
經過今日嘅經驗我聽日會掌握得好啲.....
